What to say about a free spirited man who was always up for a good time , another pint, and one more song. When this Scottish wild man and I first met he regaled me with stories about his crazy nights in New York City involving luxury lady lawyers and overpriced cocktails. By the time I made it to London to cut this track with him at the board I had no idea that his sweet madness was only matched by his studio wizardry and beautiful musical ideas. His hospitality and kindness was even enough to make up for a deflating donut mattress and his complete City confusion(who gets lost in the royal festival hall bathrooms)!
We drank ,we played ten pin and we filmed your brilliant ideas all over London.
You made me a better singer/musician/friend.
So here you go Jonny Logue,one more song to go with that next adventure.
You were a beautiful and good man.
You’ll always be my very bad Monkey Man.
